What's LAUNCH Bystander Intervention @ Work All About?

In this interactive e-learning module, I'll teach you how to intervene effectively when you witness harassing behavior against another person. I’ll explain how to hold team members accountable for their actions, share why bystanders sometimes choose not to intervene, set out my four strategies for bystander intervention, then through real-life scenarios, help you formulate your best approach for being an upstander.
Throughout, I ask you to do one thing - center the person being harassed so they know they are safe at work. The goal as always is this: to build a supportive and welcoming environment where all of our colleagues can stay and thrive.
