About Me

I'm Michelle Silverthorn, 
your LAUNCH instructor.

I'm Michelle Silverthorn, the Founder & CEO of Inclusion Nation. I'm a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Michigan Law School, a TEDx speaker, and the author of the best-selling book, Authentic Diversity: How to Change the Workplace for Good.

I have spent over a decade honing my professional expertise in diversity, equity, and inclusion. I have spoken in front of hundreds of audiences of anywhere from 4 people to over 40,000. In addition, I'm a certified online instructional designer. That's where Inclusion LAUNCH comes in.

Inclusion LAUNCH brings together my diversity expertise and my online training knowledge to give you a program centered on YOU and the steps to take to achieve real inclusive change at work.

I'm not your average diversity trainer.

I inspire people to live authentically in diverse communities grounded in honesty, courage, and leadership.

We need honesty to understand why diversity numbers don’t improve; we need courage to transform outcomes for good; and we need leaders ready to carry out the message of change.

After facilitating this work to tens of thousands of people live over the years, I designed this diversity e-learning suite so you can get the same learning experience that those around the globe have had from me, interactive and available on-demand, ready and waiting for you.
